The chemical name is guar gum hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride.

Performance and use

STD HC-C14S is used as a conditioner, thickener and suspension stabilizer in pearlescent shampoo, bath agent, facial cleanser, liquid soap, cream and hand soap.

STD HC-C14S provides outstanding thickening and conditioning properties for hair care and skin care products, can reduce the dry and wet combing resistance of hair, and keep hair shiny, soft and elastic.

STD HC-C14S reduces the irritation of detergents to the skin, making the skin smooth and comfortable.

STD HC-C14S is more excellent in conditioning when used with emulsified silicone oil, silk protein and other conditioning agents, and the cost is low. It is currently the most widely used conditioning agent.

STD HC-C14S can be used with various surfactants such as anionic, nonionic and amphoteric.

STD HC-C14S softness: extremely gentle to the skin and eyes, and can reduce the irritation of surfactants in compound products.

STD HC-C14S conditioning: after being adsorbed on the hair, it exhibits excellent antistatic and conditioning effects, improves the wet and dry combing properties of the hair, and keeps the hair shiny, soft and elastic for a long time.

Usage and dosage

Add according to the application formula. The general dosage is 0.2%-0.5%
