Flame retardant MT-A966

Appearance: colorless or slightly yellow liquid

Main use:

Used for flame retardant finishing of furniture sofa leather, cushion leather, and clothing glove leather.

Performance characteristics:

1. Excellent and long-lasting flame retardant performance.

2. Environmentally friendly product, does not contain PBDEs (brominated polydiphenyl ether), does not contain APEO, and does not have VOC.

3. Good water solubility, easy to use, non-toxic and odorless.

4. Will not discolor the leather, will not cause leather shrinkage and deformation.

5. This product does not affect the adhesion of leather coating.

Usage and dosage:

Use during dry tumbling: During the softening process of the leather, continuously and slowly spray 10-20% of the leather weight of the flame retardant. After dry tumbling, the stretch board is naturally dried and painted.

Spraying: Mix the flame retardant and water in a ratio of 1:1. spray on the leather surface (preferably on both sides), about 0.2-0.5 kg per square meter of leather, spray evenly, and dry naturally.
