Chemical composition

New viscoelastic acid thickener (thickener) STD VATO is chemically synthesized from imported high-purity refined raw materials. In the acidizing fluid system, when the acid concentration is high, the viscosity of the system is very small. As the acid enters the formation and is consumed, the system thickens rapidly and becomes a worm-like or rod-like viscoelastic colloid, which plays a role in fracturing and seam creation.

Performance and use

1. As a viscoelastic surfactant (VES) for acidizing, it is used for acidizing and fracturing, and is formulated with brine and hydrochloric acid to form a new gelling acid system.

2. The system will not produce any residues on the surface of the acid-etched cave, avoiding secondary damage to the formation, and is environmentally friendly and clean.

3. It is widely used in oil fields at home and abroad.

170kg/plastic barrel. Store in a cool, dry place, away from freezing and sunlight. Shelf life is one year (0～35℃)
