Glycol ethyl ether series products are widely used as solvents. They are mainly used as solvents for nitro spray paint, but also can be used as automobile engine detergents, solvents for silicone-modified resin coatings for electric insulation, carriers for printing ink, solvents for vitamin B12 refining and recycling, additives for jet fuels, glass cleaning agents, vinyl acetate emulsifying additives, automobile brake fluids, leather colorants, emulsion stabilizers, textile auxiliaries, and high-boiling-point solvents for organic chemical products, and so on.
