Application:

1.Diacetone alcohol is an intermediate in the process of making isopropyl acetone, methyl isobutyl ketone, methyl isobutyl methanol and hexylene glycol, foreketone, isophorenone, diacetone alcohol can be used to prepare metal cleaners, wood preservatives, photographic soft films and pharmaceutical preservatives, antifreeze, hydraulic oil solvents, extractants and fiber finishing agents. Diacetone alcohol is widely used as a solvent for electrostatic painting, celluloid, nitrocellulose, fat, grease, wax and resin, etc. Diacetone alcohol is a high boiling point organic solvent. The viscosity is low, and the influence of temperature on viscosity is small. It is used as a solvent and paint remover for cellulose ester paints, printing inks, synthetic resin coatings, etc.

2.Widely used as a solvent for resins, electrostatic paints, celluloids, nitro fibers, fats, greases and waxes.
