preparationA preparation method of N,N,N’,N’-tetramethylethylenediamine catalyst for Direct Catalytic Amination of dimethylethanolamine: including the following steps:(1) weigh about 24.2g of Cu(NO3)2.3H2O, 14.5g Ni(NO3)2.6H2O and 37.5gAl(NO3)3.9H2O are dissolved in deionized water;(2) 18.0g NaOH which can completely precipitate metal ions is weighed as a precipitant, and dissolved with deionized water to a concentration of 2mol/L;(3) in the state of stirring and water bath temperature of 80 ℃, the nitrate solution prepared in step 1) is slowly added dropwise to step 2) in the prepared NaOH solution, until the pH was 8.0;(4) stirring was carried out at this temperature for 4 hours, and then allowed to stand for aging at the above temperature for 12 hours. The molar ratio of dimethylethanolamine to dimethylamine was 1:2, and the molar ratio of dimethylethanolamine to hydrogen was 1:20. The volumetric space velocity of dimethylethanolamine was 0.5 h-1, the reaction product was continuously discharged from the lower outlet of the reactor, and the liquid product was analyzed by gas chromatography through gas-liquid separation. The conversion of dimethyl ethanolamine was 87.6%, and N,N,N’,N’-tetramethyl ethyl The diamine selectivity was 78.3%.
